for the price, I expected a heavier duty item with a higher build quality. The bar was slightly bent and I had to carefully bend it back to a uniform shape for it to sit level when mounted. It did not seem like it was bent from shipping either because it was well packed in air-packaging and the box was not damaged. The allen screws used to secure the bar to the mounting brackets were small and not well machined ... hard to deal with ... again poor build quality for this price level. Also I expected stainless screws and mounting brackets for this price. I got regular metal .. the kind that rusts. The actual unit itself is brass so no rust issues with it. I used my own screws and shot a coat of paint on the mounting bracket to avoid rust stains from leaking out from behind. The sizing of the bars are good. Good spacing between the bars and easily fits two full size towels with room to allow them to dry. The finish is nice as well.
