Positives: It warms towels.Negatives: It took 30 days for delivery. It came without assembly instructions. It was missing the tool needed to assemble it. Trying to figure out how to assemble it took trial and error so what should have taken 5 minutes took nearly 30 minutes. The designers should be ashamed of themselves because nothing makes sense about the practical design. The power cord exits the frame 1/4 of the way down from the top so you have a dangling power cord near the top of the frame (which seems like it could be a fire hazard). Why the power cord does not exit the frame near the bottom is truly baffling when there is plenty of room to run the power cord internally to the bottom. Not only that, the power cord is only about 4 feet long so by the time the cord reaches the ground, you have about 15-18 inches of cord so you will need an extension cord that accommodates a 3 prong grounded plug. Even if you have it next to a power outlet, the cord will not touch the ground and will dangle between the FRONT of the frame where the power cord comes out to the wall plug. Unbelievable! Finally, the frame is literally held together by 2 screws and about 8 tension hex screws that put pressure between the female end and male end but do not actually secure the parts. The frame seems wobbly and unstable because of this CHEAP shortcut to save a few pennies rather than drilling a few more holes and using actual screws to hold the parts together. The hex screws are not anywhere near flush with the frame once assembled since they are only there for tension purposes. Basically, each one sticks out from the frame by about 3-4 mm which may not sound like a lot...but they are in prominent places on the frame and are pretty sharp. It will be easy to cut your hand or snag a towel on them so this is a pretty big design flaw.The whole experience, from waiting literally an exact month for delivery to a very poorly designed and executed product is beyond frustrating. I would not recommend this item at all, especially when there are less expensive and likely better quality options available.
