I brought 2 tower warmers in brushed and after installed, one of them is not working in 7 days. I am returning it and ask for a replacement. I would like to return both of them, but I must uninstall it which is a hassle.To be honest, the towel warmers are not hot. Only the surface of the towel is warm when you leave it there for an extended period of time like 45 mins or not. If you folded a towel in half, the other side will never be warm.The bottom racks are warmer than the top and the top is only mild warm and never hot.I installed it just by plugging it in but not hardwired.
