This is what you need when you need to dry clothing quickly overnight. I’m surprised that the towel warmers are not popular in the US, I have seen that a lot in Canada and Europe and it’s a great convenience when traveling. We have installed one in the guest room for friends to come over when they don’t need to do laundry but to dry up overnight, my friends all said it keeps them warm before bath, it’s a must if you are caring your love onesInstall was easy, unit looks nice, however we have had this installed for less than 2 months and the illumination behind the capacitive power button control switch has burnt out/stopped working. The temperature control switch still works properly (for the moment) but its exceedingly difficult to power the unit on/off now as we cant easily determine where we have to press. I see no warranty or contact information for this product so I am disappointed that i now basically own a very expensive towel rack.The towel rack looks good but only 2 racks heat up, the 1st and the last. One spot on the towel is hot even at the highest setting of 135. Buy only because it looks good, it definitely gets a 1 star for heating up the towels.I Really enjoy using this sleek looking towel warmer.Installation was fairly easy, about the same as mounting any towel bar.The uv light is an added bonus that not only kills bacteria on towels but looks cool in the dark.Towels dry quickly even in summertime humidity while consuming very little wattage, comparable to a standard light bulb.It’s well priced given the options that are out there, this was the design and color we liked and does what it says!It helps a lot with diabetics as you get so cold from showering upon stepping out, having this for warmth is a upgradeInstallation was straight-forward, I used the mounting screw option. This does make the towels nice and toasty fairly quickly. And the UV sterilizing lights are a welcome feature.I wanted to love this so much. It’s big bulky and heavy. Because there’s only 2 supportBrackets in the top and none on the bottom - my plaster walls did not like the weight. Also, it doesn’t get the towels hot or even warm. I wanted to love this but unfortunately it’s a hard no for me.
