Good product at good price but they should pay someone to clearly explain installation. So many reviews say easy installation and I scratch my head because it was maybe easy for you and me to figure out but why not make it crystal clear. First thing you have to do is attach the four supporting posts. Nowhere in the instructions does it state this is the necessary first step. It takes a bit of trial and error to align the large bolt with the hole on the bar but with a bit of patience you can do it. The post with the cord is particularly tricky because the cord and bolt are side by side and this makes it difficult to find the hole..... Now for the installation you can place the unit against the wall where you want it and then with a long nail mark the spot for the top left or right post. Suggest you drill the hole and mount one of the top posts. Then using a level position the bar and mark the other three spots with a long nail. Swing the bar out of the way and drill the other three holes. Swing the bar back in place and the other three screws should go right in the holes if you were careful with the marking. The so called "set screws", as described in the instructions, are not "set screws" under any definition I am familiar with. They are the attachment screws, and you have some flexibility since there are holes on both sides of the main support bolt and either can be moved around the radius of a circle of the main plate. You should preselect which hole and where you want it placed before tightening the main bolt, as this will fix it's position. Could be helpful if your stud finder finds a wood stud within the available radius so you don't have to use one of the plastic anchors supplied.We recently renovated our bathroom. We put in nice polished tile floors and added brushed silver accents. I have been eying a few different towel warmers however I hadn't seen any that wouod be compact enough to fit in the space I havem well when I found the listing for this towel warmer I immediately got excited because it looked like it would actually fit and I'm happy that it does! There is just something special about coming out of a nice hot shower into a warm towel. There have been many times in the past where I would run my towels through the dryer for like 10-15 minutes then roll them in a ball to try hold the heat till I get done with my shower. Not totally effective but it worked. Well now that I have this warmer I just have to remember to turn it on before I shower to give it time to warm up. It doesn't get your towel piping hot like I hoped but it does warm it. Upon some research most towel warmers will not get your towel piping hot, so I can't complain. It came with all the necessary harware that you need to install it. Be mindful it comes with a plug and a cord that runs down its right side. Thankfully the cord is long enough that I can loop it to the left to reach my outlet. You can hang up to 4 larger towels or a few smaller hand towels. I usually hang 2 larger and a smaller hand towel and it works perfect. It is easy to install and its just plugs in so no hard wiring or electrician needed.This was easy to install and is easy to use. The main issue is that you have to at least leave the towel on for an hour so before you want to use it or else it doesn't get warm enough. Requires some planning!I wish I would have purchased a slight larger one .. but I do love a warm towel after a shower. It stayed arm all through the dry off .. and still warm as I wrapped around my hair. ???????Sturdy warmer, my husband installed in our bathroom. It is a plug in, wish had an option for in the wall wiring too but can’t complain as we replaced in the wall delicate warmer with this one.Product looks nice on the wall. It does heat up, but as far as heat distribution throughout our towels, it does not work effectively at all. We are really disappointed in this purchase. I would look elsewhere.Love the 2, 4hr timer feature. Seems small, but actually more than large enough if you consider that you can just fold the towels and hang it over and it will try both sides as well. We love it.The measurements didnt include the round brackets , so give yourself another 2inches when measuring.I had to cut into my doors molding to make it fit.
